The free birthday video is available year-round, it is a free video for adults to personalize on both the NPP website and mobile app.
The free birthday videos can be viewed on both computers and mobile devices and has an expiration time of 30 days after the date of creation. After that, they will be deleted from your account if you do not have a Magic Pass.
If you purchase a Magic Pass or a Download Pass, you will be able to download them on any device (computer, tablet, smartphone, among others) as a souvenir.
Note: When you create a new recipient, if you add their birthday, you will be able to activate the free automatic birthday video every year. If you wish, you can deactivate this option in the My Recipients section.
