We’re making it even easier (and safer) to access your PNP account! 🎁 Instead of remembering a password, you'll now log in using a secure magic link sent directly to your email.
Here’s everything you need to know about this change:
Why did PNP remove passwords?
At PNP, your experience and security are our top priorities. Moving to a password less login system helps us:
- Keep your account safer from password breaches.
- Make signing in quicker and easier — no more forgotten passwords!
- Reduce time spent resetting passwords or managing login issues.
How does the new login work?
Whether you're using the PNP app or the website:
1. Enter your email and tap Confirm Email.
2. We’ll send a magic link to that email address.
3. Open the email and click the link 'Log In Now' to access your account.
4. You are now logged in! You will see a blue banner on the top of the screen welcoming you back!
Please note: Our system only accepts valid email addresses when you sign up.
🔐 Here’s how it works:
- For sign-up: The link works only once and expires shortly after it's sent.
- For sign-in: The link can be used multiple times during a limited time window before it expires.
Note: The link will expire after 15 minutes, so please use it quickly.
Can’t find the email?
If you didn’t receive your login email, don’t worry! Here are a few things you can check:
- Spam or Junk Folder: Sometimes the magic links like to hide there.
- Promotions or Social Tabs (Gmail users): The email might be filtered.
- Search Your Inbox: Look for keywords like PNP, Portable North Pole, or magic link.
- Wait a Minute: It might take a few moments to arrive.
- Email Typo: The email may have been entered with a small typo.
- Lost Access to Your Email: If you no longer have access to the email you used when signing up, you won’t be able to receive the magic link.
→ Still can’t find it? You can resend the login link by going back to the login screen and entering your email again. Make sure you’re checking the same email address you used to create your PNP account!
→ If either of the last two cases apply, our Elf Support Team can help! Please contact us so we can assist you in getting back into your account.
