NOTE: This feature is only available with an active Magic Pass, or Magic Pass+ and requires permission to use your device's camera and microphone. Your mobile device must have a front-facing camera and your computer must have a microphone and camera.
To use the Reaction Recorder:
1. In the Parents Corner of the PNP mobile app or on the website using Google Chrome, go to My Creations and open the Videos section.
2. Select the Santa Video you want to show your recipient.
3. Select Reaction Recorder.
4. Follow the steps to watch and record the reaction of your child.
5. Once the recording is done, wait until the video is uploaded (you will see the text "1 reaction uploading.." in My Creations) and ready to be watched.
6. The video will be available in My Creations in the Videos section.
On iOS and iPadOS devices, it is necessary to keep the app open and the screen turned on until the upload of the reaction is concluded.
NOTE: The reaction recorder cannot be used on videos with interactive options, or those that include a call.
