Why can't I see any products in My Creations after purchasing an Unlimited Pass (Video Pass, Magic Pass or Ultimate Pass)?

Once you purchase one of the Unlimited Passes, you will have access to Premium videos. To make a video, follow these steps:

  1. On the homepage of the Parent's Corner, go to Videos or Calls (for Magic Pass users).
  2. Click Personalize on the scenario of your choice and follow the instructions.

Once the video is finished being made, it will automatically be stored under My Creations. If you still are unable to see your products, please contact us HERE.
