NOTE: This topic will show you how to delete your account.
If you only want to delete a video or call (Santa Video or Santa Call) From "My creations" click the video you wish to delete.
If you are using the mobile app, you will find three aligned dots at the top right of the video.
If you are on the website, the three dots are next to the recorder reaction icon.
Click here; a drop-down menu will open, select "delete" to confirm the action and the video will be deleted.
If instead you want to delete the account:
Remember that if you delete it, all purchases, videos and calls you have created will be lost along with the account. We have no way of undoing this action.
If you are sure about deleting your account, these are the steps:
On the PNP website:
1. Select your name and select My account from the dropdown menu.
2. Select Delete account at the bottom of the page.
3. Confirm the account deletion in the pop up message.
On the PNP mobile app:
1. In the Parents Corner, select open the settings menu (in the header bar).
2. Select My profile/your account name.
3. At the bottom of the page, select Delete account.
4. Confirm the account deletion by tapping Delete account again in the pop up message.
On the PNP mobile app (Android):
From the app through Android devices:
1. Click on the three horizontal lines that you find in the left corner of the main screen.
2. Open the drop-down menu and click on "My Profile".
3. At the bottom of the page, you will find the wording in red "Delete Account".
4. Click on it and complete the action.
