If you want to close or delete your entire PNP account permanently, this is the guide to follow.
Note ⚠️ This article is specifically about deleting your PNP account permanently and removing all personal data. It is NOT about canceling a subscription, stopping auto-renew, or managing a Magic Pass.
This action is irreversible. Deleting your account does not “cancel a subscription” — it removes your account and data (videos, calls, recipients, stories). If you want to delete your PNP account and erase your personal data permanently, follow the steps below.
Delete your account on the app
- Open the app and sign in.
- Tap on the profile icon located on the top right hand corner of the screen.
- Tap on your Name - Email Address in the 'User Session' section.
- Scroll down and select Delete account.
- Confirm in the pop-up to permanently delete your account and data.
Delete your account on the website
Once signed in, click on your Name on the top right corner of the screen.
Click on My account.
Scroll down and select Delete account.
Confirm in the pop-up to permanently delete your account and data.
Can’t access your account? (locked out / old email)
If you can’t sign in but still want to delete the account and data, contact us by submitting a support ticket here. Include the email on the account and an invoice as proof of ownership if any purchases were made.
