What are credits, and how do they work?
Credits are a magical new feature designed to unlock special experiences! You can use them to create personalized Stories – A cozy treat just for Magic Pass and Magic Pass+ holders. Or you can also use them to have a Live Conversation with Santa!
Who can use credits?
🎁 Free Users: You’ll receive one magical Credit just for creating an account, perfect for a free call! (Applicable to those accounts created from October 1st, 2024, and on).
🌟 Magic Pass Holders: Enjoy the full festive experience! You can purchase and use Credits for enchanting Stories.
Where or how can I use my credits?
You can use your credits to create magical Bedtime Stories! Here’s how:
- Go to the 'Stories' Section
- Select 'Personalize'
- Choose Your Recipient (or add a new one)
- Fill Out the Personalization Form with details like name and favorite holiday moments
- Review and Accept our Terms of Use, Sale, and Privacy Policy
- Select 'Preview' to generate your unique script!
If you love the script, hit 'Create Audio Story', and your personalized tale will be ready to share! 🎧✨
Note: Each Story requires 1 credit to create, and once finalized, stories cannot be modified.
When do Credits get used?
Credits are only used when your magical creation is ready! Once you’ve personalized your Story, Ultra Personalized Call or completed your 'Talk to Santa' conversation, that’s when your Credits come into play.
Do Credits Expire?
No, they’re as timeless as Santa’s sleigh! Your Credits will stay in your account until you’re ready to use them.
How do I get credits?
- New users receive one free Credit upon account creation (New accounts created from October 1st, 2024 and on)
- Magic Pass and Magic Pass + holders received 5 Credits
- Additional Credits can be purchased by Magic Pass and Magic Pass + holders
Where can I see my Credit balance?
Your Credit balance can be found in the “My Account” section.
