You can manage your account details, communication preferences, parental code, subscriptions, and more from your PNP account.

Using the PNP Mobile App
Step 1: Sign in to your account
- Open the PNP app.
- Tap the Profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Sign in using the same method you used when creating your account:
- Continue with Google
- Continue with Facebook
- Continue with Email
Step 2: Open your account settings
- Tap the Profile icon again.
- Tap your Username.
You will now see the different sections available in your account.
My Profile
In the My Profile section, you can:
- Change your first name
- Update your email address
- Select your preferred language for newsletters and promotional emails
To make changes:
- Tap Edit Profile.
- Update the information you would like to change.
- Tap Save Changes.
✨ Important: If you update your email address, you'll need to confirm the change using your current email address before the new email becomes active.
Marketing Preferences
In this section, you can choose whether you'd like to receive:
- Emails about PNP products and special offers
- Push notifications about PNP products and special offers
Simply turn each option ON or OFF according to your preference.
Parental Code
The Parental Code helps protect certain areas of the app to keep the magic for the little ones.
From the Parental Code section, you can:
- Create a new 4-digit parental code
- Change your existing parental code
- Remove the parental code completely
Delete Account
If you no longer wish to use PNP, you can permanently delete your account.
✨ Important: Deleting your account cannot be undone. Once deleted, your account information, videos, and associated content cannot be recovered.
Using the PNP Website
Step 1: Sign in to your account
- Go to www.portablenorthpole.com
- Click Log In in the top-right corner.
- Choose the login method you used when creating your account:
- Continue with Google
- Continue with Facebook
- Continue with Email
Signing in with Email
PNP now uses a secure Magic Link login system instead of passwords.

Step 2: Open your account settings
- Click your username in the top-right corner.
- Select My Account.
You will now see several sections where you can manage your account.
My Profile
In the My Profile section, you can:
- Change your first name

In this section, you can:
- Check whether you have an active subscription
- View your available Credit balance
- Review your billing history
- Manage your subscription renewal settings
✨ Note: You will only be able to manage the automatic renewal settings here if your subscription was purchased directly through the PNP website using a debit or credit card.

In this section, you can choose whether you'd like to receive:
- Emails about PNP products and special offers
- Push notifications about PNP products and special offers
