All videos you create on the Portable North Pole website are automatically available in My Creations on the PNP mobile app—and vice versa! 🎄✨ Since your videos are linked to your account (not your device), you can enjoy them anywhere.
You can watch your personalized Santa videos on computers or mobile devices that meet the eligible requirement (you can check the requirements here). Simply download the free PNP mobile app from the App Store (for Apple devices) or Google Play (for Android devices).
Once the app is installed:
- Log in with your email (no password required!) or connect using Facebook or Google
- Tap on My Creations > My Videos
- Select the Play icon on your Santa video thumbnail
And that’s it—sit back, press play, and let the Christmas magic begin! 🎅✨
