When customers make a purchase through our mobile applications, the invoicing is managed by either Google Play or Apple, depending on the platform they are using. However, if the purchase is made on our website, we handle the transaction directly via credit card.
For our customers in Italy, please note that we do not apply VAT to our prices. As a Canadian business, we only add TPS/TVQ (Canadian taxes) to purchases made by Canadian users. Therefore, users outside of Canada will not be charged VAT and, consequently, will not be able to deduct it.
Please be aware that the tax situation is slightly different for purchases made through mobile apps. This is because Apple and Google Play have local entities that collect tax from the price paid by the user.
