How do I create the call?
- Log in (or sign up) to your Portable North Pole account on the mobile app or website, and head to the "Calls" section
- Choose the Santa Mall Visit call, click "Personalize", and select your recipient
- Fill in the required details and click "Create" to finalize your call
- Your personalized message will appear in the "My Creations" section under "Calls"
Now, the only thing left is to place your call!
How do I place or schedule a Santa Call?
- Log in to your Portable North Pole account on the mobile app or website
- Go to "My Creations" and then to "My Calls"
- Click "Schedule a call" next to your personalized message
- In the pop-up window, select the destination country and enter the recipient's phone number
NOTE: Make sure the area code is correct, and don't add spaces, periods, or dashes between numbers. - Choose the date and time for the call. If you're calling a different time zone, remember the time is shown in your local time
- Click "Schedule call"
To reschedule, simply select "Reschedule call" and follow the same steps.
Can I preview the call?
Yes! When selecting a call, simply click the speaker icon to listen to it before choosing.
Can I change/edit my call?
Absolutely! Here’s how:
- Log in to your account on the PNP mobile app or website
- Go to "My Creations" and then select "My Calls."
- Click "Edit" next to the call you want to modify, make your changes, and click "Create Call"
The updated call will appear in "My Creations" under "My Calls."
How many times can I send my call?
You can send the call once, as long as it connects successfully.
To ensure your recipient is ready, either let them know ahead of time or be sure they’re available. When they answer, they’ll need to PRESS 1 to connect with Santa after the elf’s invitation.
If they don’t press 1, or if voicemail picks up, it will count as one of the three attempts you have to place the call. After three failed attempts or one successful connection, you won’t be able to send the call again.
