If you’re having trouble finding your Magic Pass subscription, don’t worry—Santa’s Elves are here to help! Follow the steps below to locate your subscription and get back to creating magical moments.
Step 1: Verify Your PNP Subscription
- Open Settings on your iOS device
- Tap your name at the top to access your Apple ID
- Select Subscriptions to view all active subscriptions
If you see an active Portable North Pole subscription, it’s time to restore your purchase and confirm which email address was used to create your PNP account.
Step 2: Restore Your Purchase in the PNP App
- Open the PNP App and go to the ‘Parents' section
- Tap the Account icon (top right)
- Select Billing History and check for your Magic Pass transaction.
- If you don’t see your transaction, tap Restore (top right)
- If your subscription still doesn’t appear, there may be a mismatch between your Apple ID and the email address you used when creating your PNP account.
Step 3: Verify Your PNP Account Email
- Check your inbox (and spam/junk folders) for emails from PNP, such as:
- Purchase confirmations
- Promotional messages
- Notifications for videos you’ve created in the past
- Identify the email address PNP used to contact you
- Open the PNP App, go to the Account section, and:
- Log out if you’re signed in with a different account
- Log back in using the email address you found
- Forgot your password? Use the Forgot Password process to reset it
- Once logged in, check Billing History again to confirm your Magic Pass is active
