Before requesting your refund, please note the following:
-If your purchase was made through iTunes, it is not possible for us to issue a refund, as all Apple customer billing is handled by iTunes directly, if you would like to request a refund from iTunes, you can contact them here.
- Make the request within 10 days of purchase.
- You have not made more than 3 videos or 1 call
- You have not downloaded any video
-Attach your proof of purchase showing your transaction ID, date and address, and email that you made the purchase.
-If you forgot to cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription, you can request a refund, as long as you meet the above requirements.
