If you purchased directly through Portable North Pole using your credit or debit card
- Log in to your account:
Visit www.portablenorthpole.com on your browser (from the phone or computer).
Use the email and password associated with your account to log in.
- Access Account Settings:
Once logged in, click on the 'Menu' icon, located in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
A dropdown Menu will show, please select ‘My Account’.
- Cancel the Subscription:
You’ll see details of your active subscription, including the renewal date.
Click ‘Cancel Subscription’.If you purchased through Apple/iTunes
Apple handles subscriptions made through iTunes. Here’s how to cancel:
- Open the Settings app on your Apple device
- Tap Your Name at the top
- Select Subscriptions
- Locate Portable North Pole in the list and tap it
- Select Cancel Subscription and confirm your choice

Option 2: Cancel Through PayPal
*You will need to use your web browser to cancel these recurring payments, as there's no cancellation option in the PayPal mobile app.

2. Go to Settings (gear icon) in the top-right corner
3. Select Payments > Manage Automatic Payments
