We understand that there may be times when you need to request a refund. To help you with this process, please consider the following guidelines:
- You can request a refund if Santa is not available by emailing cherryhill@portablenorthpole.zendesk.com
- We do not offer partial refunds; if any part of the Gift Card has been used, it cannot be refunded
- Refunds are not available for purchases made more than 30 days before the refund request
