✨ Good to know: Some Single Recipient videos are available as Free Trial videos and can be created without a Magic Pass.
How can I identify whether a video is Single Recipient or Multi Recipient?
When browsing the PNP video library, each video is displayed as a card showing the video's image, title, format, and available recipient options.
Some videos can be personalized for either one recipient or multiple recipients, while others are designed for one recipient only.
The easiest way to identify which options are available is to look for the "For 1 kid or group" tag displayed on the video card.
- Videos displaying the "For 1 kid or group" tag support both Single Recipient and Multi Recipient creation options. When you select one of these videos, you'll be able to choose whether you'd like to create the video for one recipient or for multiple recipients during the personalization process.
- Videos that do not display the "For 1 kid or group" tag are available as Single Recipient Videos only and can be personalized for one recipient.
✨ Tip: If you're specifically looking for a video that can include multiple children, siblings, or family members, we recommend checking for the "For 1 kid or group" tag before beginning the video creation process.
