Creating at call is a it is a simple process to do.
First, log in to your account on the website or PNP mobile app and go to the Calls section.
NOTE: Make sure you have an active Magic Pass (If you do, a message will be displayed underneath the page title) or a single call purchased.
Scroll through the options and choose the call you wish to create. Remember that you can listen to what the call is going to say before creating it.
Once you know which one you want, hit the Create button.
You will be directed to the recipients' page where you have to select between an existing recipient or if you wish to create a new one.
When you've done selecting the recipient you will move forward to the options menu where you can customize your call. Select between the multiple options and hit the "Create call" button.
You will be redirected to the Calls page where you can decide if you want to schedule the call for a later day or if you want to place it right away.
When scheduling the call remember that the time of the call will be the time of the creator so keep that in mind if you're calling abroad or to a different time zone.
Select the time and date and schedule the call.
You will see a blue bar displaying the scheduled info, such as:
When the call is in progress, the blue bar will display the following message:
When the call is successful, you will see a green check mark displayed like this:
And that is how you create a call from scratch.
