A Santa Call is an enchanting recorded message sent as a real phone call, spreading joy and cheer to over 170 countries worldwide (check the available country list HERE)!
In our Call section, you'll discover a delightful array of over 40 scenarios in various categories, including Congratulations, Encouragement, Night before Christmas, Birthday, and more. To place a Santa Call, simply personalize the message and save it in My Creations under the Calls tab. Your personalized calls will be securely stored in your account for 30 days, giving you plenty of time to surprise your loved ones.
Remember, it's essential to make the call within 30 days, as any unsent calls will be automatically removed from your account.
When you're ready to make the magic happen, you'll be prompted to enter a valid phone number. On the receiving end, the lucky recipient (or you, if you choose to use your own phone number) will be greeted by Santa's voice and invited to press 1 to listen to the heartwarming message. You'll have up to 3 attempts to complete the call, and these attempts will be used if:
The recipient doesn't answer the call.
The recipient's voice message service picks up, but they forget to press 1 (in this case, the call will end, and one attempt will have been used.)
Once all 3 attempts are exhausted, you won't be able to try again. So, it's a good idea to inform the recipient in advance to ensure they are ready to receive the special call.
We want to make the experience hassle-free for you! Rest assured that the caller won't be charged any long-distance fees. However, please note that additional charges might apply to the recipient, depending on their phone plan (e.g., roaming or long-distance fees).
