When you create a new video or call, in the "Santa Claus will say…" section, you can listen to the pronunciation of the name you have selected by selecting the "Listen" button to hear exactly how Santa Claus will pronounce the name.
If the pronunciation is not correct, select "Try other options" and you will see a list of other name pronunciation options.
Still not right? Users with an active Magic Pass have the option to request a new name and record exactly how it sounds so that the elves can add it to our database.
